Tui Na means to "push" and "pull". This is an accessory modality that is commonly used for musculo-skeletal conditions. It is a form of manual therapy used over the meridians of the body to warm and move blocked Qi.

Moxibustion is a technique involving the herb Mugwart. The herb is burnt and expels a smoke. The burning moxa stick is held, closely but not touching, over the body in the desired area to promote healing. Moxibustion can be used for arthritis pain, turning breech babies, menstrual cramps, and digestive issues.
